We are looking for a Product Manager for Indeed’s Cobra Group. Cobra is a product accelerator, charged with pioneering new product ideas and assessing their viability through fast launches and empirical learning. As a Product Manager for Cobra you will be responsible for leading an internal startup and wearing many hats as a part of that role. You should possess a drive for velocity, be highly adaptable, and demonstrate an ability to take a big idea and distill it into a clear and consistent vision that’s backed by data. Responsibilities Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products. Have a track record of executing. Drive collaborative, cross-team product development with a team of engineers, product managers, and designers. Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products. Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm. Drive the strategy for a your product to create a deliberate plan and a cohesive strategy Who You Are 2+ years of software product management experience Ability to make data-driven business decisions. Experience taking a product from concept to launch to growth. Experience building and scaling consumer software.
