Salary Range US Remote 108,000 - 157,000 USD per year Your Job Performance Management Applications is the software development partner for Indeed's HR Performance Management team. We work closely with Indeed’s Senior Product, Engineering, Client Success, and Sales Leaders. We work alongside our partner HR leaders to design, build, and operate tools that help review and grow Indeed employees and help Indeed’s business leaders more effectively run their organizations. This means integrating tools with Workday, automating workflows and reporting, or building and enhancing full-stack applications that are easy to use. Responsibilities: This is a role with high internal visibility. Your stakeholders and customers will include global Leaders and Managers as well as the key leaders of the HR team. This is a team of passionate engineers that are leveraging existing tools and building new ones to accelerate and improve all aspects of Indeed’s employee development processes. You’ll be a shepherd of ideas, finding and nurturing the best ways to improve the performance management platform, which includes both proprietary applications that were internally developed as well as integrations with third party industry standard tools like Workday.
