Product Strategist

Salary Range Austin 78,000 - 114,000 USD per year Your Job As a Product Strategist at Indeed, you will be part of our SMB Product Strategy Team, working closely with Strategy, Product, Research, Marketing, Sales, and Client Success to analyze data, develop insights and apply these insights to improve our customer experience and business outcomes in the US and internationally. Responsibilities Identify, measure and track core product and business levers: size opportunities for improvement, identify potential opportunities or problems, diagnose the root cause Create and deliver accurate, high-quality, thoughtfully designed reports and analyses to address operational and strategic questions. Provide forward-looking insights and propose recommendations Identify potential problems, and synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to diagnose the root cause Determine the best approach to accomplish project goals and own execution with limited direction Independently structure and execute analysis yourself, whether it’s doing queries in SQL/IQL, searching through logs, building a model, or using the plethora of in-house tools for analyzing data Identify and drive continuous improvement activities, partnering with Product, Marketing, Sales, and CS Support Product Strategy leadership in answering critical questions with both quantitative and qualitative analysis Execute special projects/ad hoc analyses, as initiatives, products, risks, and opportunities are constantly evolving Who You Are Requirements: 2+ years of business analysis experience Proficiency conducting analysis and building models Experience with SQL, Python, R, Tableau or other advanced analytics experience Passionate about helping employers be successful Self-driven and proactive; able to confidently lead your portion of a workstream or project independently with limited guidance Analytical skills to understand the current situation, opportunity and prioritization Strong communication, synthesis, and project management skills Preferred: Experience at a top-tier consulting or investment banking firm Who We Are We are a Product team driven by data, and focused on building the most popular job site on the planet.
