Sales Operations Analyst

Salary Range Tokyo 4,870,000 - 6,330,000 JPY per year Your Job The Sales Operations Analyst will support our fast-growing sales team. The ideal candidate must have strong Excel skills, be highly analytical, ability to build strong relationships and have a good understanding of CRM. We're looking for a self-starter who thrives in a fun but results-oriented work environment, passionate about delivering measurable results and enjoys working on a wide variety of projects. Responsibilities Report to, and work closely with the head of sales operations to improve and maintain sales efficiency Quickly gain a deep understanding of our CRM and sales processes Provide day-to-day support for rapidly growing sales team in Dublin and other remote offices Monitor data and respond to inquiries from internal team members Diagnose and solve technical problems Who You Are 2+ years experience in sales operations (internet or start-up background is a plus) Who We Are Our Finance team ensures that Indeed follows the highest standards of business, law and ethics to help us succeed around the world.
