Salary Range Tokyo 4,820,000 - 6,980,000 JPY per year Your Job As a Trust & Safety Senior Analyst, you are responsible for protecting the integrity of Indeed’s products by investigating fraudulent job postings and identifying questionable business practices. You will come up with innovative ideas to drive tool development and process improvements that might significantly improve the search experience for millions of users. Responsibilities: Strategize and initiate new project ideas that will improve search quality in international markets with a focus on the Japanese market Lead collaborations with other international stakeholders, such as Product and Engineering, to improve product features and job seeker experiences globally Perform research and investigate issues to protect job seeker experience, maintain job quality and mitigate fraud Manage quality standards and communication flow with vendors and colleagues across multiple locations Facilitate training for vendors, new hires and other teams such as Client Success, Sales and product teams. Maximize project management skills to organize high-level initiatives, prioritize projects and execute against goals Define the policies that guide company-wide quality decisions and make decisions as to the appropriate level of policy restrictions for specific markets Use your language skills and knowledge of the market to evaluate quality standards with supporting data Daily basis operational support from simple issues to complicated issues demanding deep investigations Strong ability to interpret data and acquire technical literacy to help develop tools, automate processes and analyze data to identify and monitor ongoing fraud and quality trends. Who You Are 2+ years of experience in project management and/or program management Bilingual in Japanese and English (Excellent written and oral communication) Experience working with data and tools to manipulate data sets. Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills Self-directed, eager to learn in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Experience prioritizing multiple tasks with different success and impact metrics Familiarity with the Japanese job-hunting market preferred Programming language (SQL, R, Pyphon) experience is not required but preferred Who We Are We are builders, we are integrators.
