Help scale our data pipeline for real-time processing of enormous amounts of user behavioral data. Run experiments in a fast-paced, analytical culture so we can quickly learn and adapt your work. Help build solutions from well-specified requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams working to build software solutions together. Identify blockers and help the team overcome them. You have well-honed, insightful architectural design instincts and enjoy building simple and elegant systems that will scale to support millions of users. Basic Qualifications: Deliver high-quality, maintainable, and reusable software systems Experience breaking down work on complex problems. Passionate about using data-driven approaches to solve the challenging problems in advertising. Have strong ownership of your work and the problems you solve. Naturally collaborate and help make others around you successful. Experience with Agile, Object Oriented modeling, web services, middleware and database. BS in Computer Science or related area, or relevant work experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience with digital advertising such as ads serving, rendering, ranking or targeting. Experience building software systems that have been successfully delivered to production. The ability to distill problem definitions and constraints from informal and ambiguous business requirements. 4+ years of experience in software development. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
