As a CSI Senior Content Specialist, within the Content Operations branch, you are a resource for the team and can effectively communicate with business partners and influence others to achieve our goals. A Senior Content Specialist is an expert in the content lifecycle process, which includes but is not limited to content development, operations, Indeed's brand guidelines, our storyboard framework, and data storytelling. This high-visibility role requires a self-motivated individual with proven creative and problem-solving capabilities. You will balance both high-level strategy and tactical execution. Your responsibilities: Craft client-centric, data-driven narratives Lead content automation efforts using SQL, advanced Excel skills, and Seismic (CMS) to scale narratives across the globe Manage several content development projects end-to-end including triaging localization, distributing content, and measuring impact while leveraging analytics Craft compelling data-driven, client-centric narratives in the form of PPT presentations, reporting templates, talk tracks, infographics, and other multimedia assets. Drive innovations to win revenue Leverage Tableau reporting to regularly review content health and collect feedback from the field to identify content opportunities and propose new solutions Scope incoming requests and determine the most scalable solutions to help meet both local and global needs Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Training, Strategy, and Client-Facing teams Build trusting relationships with your peers and work effectively across remote and global teams Be a strong customer advocate and use data to make informed decisions across several initiatives Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills and an open, collaborative attitude to ensure success when you engage with partners from across the company.
