Salary Range US Remote 188,000 - 272,000 USD per year Your Job Indeed is looking to hire an exceptional strategic thinker and visionary who can operate in a fast-paced environment, deliver business results quickly, and work directly with Sr. Directors and VPs of Product to help them shape the long-term vision of our products. As a Sr. Director of Product Strategy, you will be responsible for identifying and driving strategies to bend the growth curve, deliver incremental revenue, and accelerate product development. Your day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Product Strategy: create and deliver accurate, high-quality, thoughtfully designed reports and analyses to operational and strategic questions. Provide forward-looking insights and propose actionable product recommendations. Competitive Analysis: identify key industry competitors and evaluate their strategies to determine areas of opportunity. Trend Analysis: collect and analyze data, identify patterns and trends, and drive actionable Product Strategy recommendations. War game and scenario analysis: prepare through competitive and trend analysis, rally senior stakeholders, facilitate war game workshops, and identify Product “Big Bets”. Product vision: support senior product leaders in shaping the future of their product vision. You will identify opportunities, build hypotheses, and build investment rationale. X-team collaboration: work closely with the other product strategy teams helping them identify new “big bets” and being a thought partner to key projects. Who You Are Your Experience Includes: Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in an analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Economics, Finance, etc.) 10+ years of progressive experience in business strategy, management consulting, or related discipline in the technology sector 4+ years of recruiting talent and managing teams Experience with competitive analysis, war game, and scenario planning Experience with distributed global teams Experience in a top-tier management consulting firm (highly desired) Hands-on experience and a tenured leadership foundation in planning & process, product and/or financial planning, organizational change, communications & strategy execution.
