Responsibilities: Research and report market data and insights to inform best strategies Partner closely with the Executive Recruiting team to act as a strategic partner Build strong relationships with internal candidates and business stakeholders Proactively identify and drive relationships with diverse external networks Educate and influence the business on the philosophy, approach and best practices of candidate discovery Subject Matter Expert in inclusive sourcing strategies to advise and report at the most senior levels Partner closely with DI&B team to ensure alignment in strategy and reporting Work with ambiguity in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment Maintain records with accuracy in our ATS and maintain high data integrity Who You Are 7+ years of experience working as a recruiter/sourcer in a corporate or agency setting in a high-growth and/or fast-paced environment In depth experience sourcing executive talent; preferably VP+ level roles Expert understanding of the sourcing lifecycle and understanding of TA tools Advanced knowledge of the candidate market, as well as industry specific knowledge Advanced ability in a wide range of existing and emerging sourcing strategies Strong talent and market mapping abilities Advanced presentation skills with the ability to build and present the narrative behind the data to Executive stakeholders and hiring managers to influence and impact the recruitment and hiring strategy Demonstrated ability to build inclusive networks & relationships with a broad range of high-level, in-demand candidates Demonstrated expertise and passion towards Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging Expert in managing competing priorities seamlessly Advanced ability to coach or mentor others Who We Are Our Human Resources team champions our culture while working tirelessly to attract and retain the best people. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
