Salary Range US Remote 123,000 - 185,000 USD per year Your Job Your Job As a Senior Lead, Product Strategy at Indeed you will manage a small team to deliver insights to support key business decisions, deliver on strategic initiatives, and support the Product organization by identifying partnership and value-creation opportunities across the business. You will work closely with Product Managers, Marketing, Partnerships, Sales, Client Success and senior leaders to solve complex and/or ambiguous problems, develop insights and apply these insights to grow our products and platforms in the US and internationally. This position is in our Marketplace team working to bring together Indeed’s core platforms with the 3rd party systems our customers use - in order to consistently improve upon the hiring process for Job Seekers and Employers. You will be reporting to the Senior Manager of Product strategy. You will be responsible for recommending, designing and implementing third party integrations to create easy interoperability with Indeed. This may also include developing partner programs and incentives, creating working models for supporting teams, and providing ROI analysis to leadership. You will work closely with partnership teams across Indeed to ensure successful adoption. Our team is based across the US fully remote. Upon offices reopening post-COVID, all roles on this team will have the flexibility to either return to the office or remain remote. Responsibilities Independently identify, measure and track core product and business levers: size opportunities for improvement, identify potential problems and solutions, diagnose root cause, and conduct ad hoc analyses as needed Proactively create and deliver accurate, high-quality, thoughtfully designed reports and analyses to operational and strategic questions. Provide forward looking insights and propose recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative analyses Drive operational alignment across key stakeholders, including other product groups, sales, client success, finance, and marketing to design, build, test, launch, and scale Marketplace products and programs Work hand-in-hand with Product Management, Marketing, and Partnership Platforms to define the roadmap and develop go-to-market strategies that drive long term product adoption and revenue growth Define team goals, determine the best approach to accomplish project goals, and own execution; oftentimes running multiple projects simultaneously Hands-on with the data; leverage data to develop opportunities and insights; back recommendations and decisions with data; independently structure analyses and build models to answer critical business questions Develop appropriate methodologies, best practices, or models to inform product strategy Present findings and recommendations to business unit leadership. Influence key stakeholders to define and adopt appropriate metrics, goals and processes to achieve business objectives Assess competitive challenges and deliver clear strategic recommendations Who You Are Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree preferred, preferably in an analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Economics, Finance etc.) 9+ years of progressive experience in business operations, product, consulting, finance or related discipline in the technology sector 2+ years of experience managing and mentoring others Experience in marketplaces, adtech, HRtech, or similar businesses preferred Advanced proficiency in business modeling and pressuring testing model assumptions Sound business judgment and strategic thinking - desire and ability to understand the overall needs and objectives of the business Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail High EQ and ability to build strong relationships throughout the organization, including with senior leadership Self-driven and proactive; able to confidently lead workstreams or projects with limited guidance Strong communication, synthesis, and project management skills A "get things done" mentality.
