Salary Range London 75,000 - 113,000 GBP per year Your Job We’re hiring a Senior Manager for Indeed’s Talent Attraction team to lead global recruitment advertising. You’ll lead a team of regional strategists (akin to media planners) and develop a media acquisition engine to help people get jobs at Indeed. In this role, you will also gain insights on key audience personas, seek to understand Indeed’s hiring forecast and priorities from internal partners, collaborate with the employer brand team on creative and deploy digital campaigns across regions to acquire applicants. It’s about deploying the right content in the right context while measuring effectiveness. Responsibilities: Implement digital marketing initiatives to drive awareness and candidate flow through paid search, CPC/PPC, display and social media advertising. Lead and mentor a team of regional specialists. Evolve the organization’s marketing analytics, evaluate the effectiveness of media and optimize performance. Partner with HR analytics and systems teams to ensure tagging, feeds and source tracking is accurate across channels and regions. Embed yourself with internal stakeholders to understand Indeed’s most pressing hiring needs, prioritize initiatives and share the impact that campaigns are having on recruiting funnels. Collaborate heavily with the employer brand team, working with content creators in the organization to ensure creative is aligned with audience wants and needs. Direct the work of outside vendors (such as job boards and our programmatic recruitment advertising agency) and manage the global ad campaign budget. Create a global events and sponsorships function with a focus on Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging Ensure job advertisements are optimized for search across platforms. Who You Are You’re able to see the big picture while juggling multiple priorities and adapting to nuances across global regions. You are entrepreneurial, always on top of the latest digital trends, like being at the nexus of art-and-science, and bring a test-and-learn and continuous improvement mindset to everything you do. Required Experience: 12+ years experience working in multi-channel media planning such as paid search, CPC/PPC, paid social media and programmatic advertising. Experience with team performance management (1:1s, coaching, career development, completing performance reviews, participating in calibrations, performance management). A/B testing experience that informs creative decisions and meets KPIs. Search engine optimization (SEO) knowledge. Demonstrated ownership of senior stakeholder relationships across multiple functions; ability to effectively influence outcomes through collaboration. Skilled at identifying opportunities for increased operational efficiency and managing change. Experience with lead generation is nice-to-have.
