Senior Sales Director, Public Sector

Salary Range London 100,000 - 150,000 GBP per year Your Job Indeed is looking for a strategic Senior Sales Director to join our team. You will hire and manage a team dedicated to educating clients to drive sales expansion in the company. Responsibilities Direct the marketing of pay-per-click advertising (PPC) services to large enterprise level organisations within the Public Sector Own key account relationships directly where necessary Ensure delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual goals and manage a weekly revenue forecast Rollout agreed business rules, practices and policies Hire, train and manage the performance of Directors and their respective National/Agency Accounts teams Who You Are 9+ years' senior sales experience 5+ years' management experience (experience of managing of managers preferred) Detailed and extensive knowledge of the online recruitment space, especially within the Public Sector Experience with interactive media, including pay-per-click products ideal Familiarity with performance-based advertising products, including PPC recruitment advertising Experience leading Sales for Public Sector organisations preferred Who We Are Our Sales force helps transform the hiring process by providing companies an easy and effective way to find the right fit for every hire.
