Salary Range US Remote 60,000 - 77,000 USD per year Your Job Global Product Solutions Senior Specialists are on the front lines helping drive revenue and adoption of Indeed’s growing product portfolio in partnership with frontline sales teams. In this role you will be responsible for introducing our Performance, Sourcing and Branding products to the marketplace in partnership with Indeed’s National Account sales teams to our Enterprise/Fortune 100 customer segment. Each Global Product Solutions Specialist will be aligned with a sales territory. You will share the same new product goals as your assigned sales teams and will be compensated according to the performance of your territory. Responsibilities: You will work with National Account Managers/Sales Reps, Sales Directors, + Product Leaders to influence team-level strategy and grow revenue across Indeed’s non-core products You will collaborate with Sales Leadership to develop and execute an accountability framework driving analytical decision making and solution-based selling. Success will require technical learning, customer focus & cross-functional collaboration across marketing, training, analytics, product, and sales organizations. You will develop an individual and team strategy to achieve Global Product Sales goals of assigned territory, including lead list development + collaboration on account planning with sales partners Act as the voice of the customer/field, providing relevant feedback to product teams on feature or data needs to continue to grow Indeed’s non-core products.
