Salary Range Seattle 177,000 - 257,000 USD per year Your Job The Communications Platform provides tools and technologies that enable communications to and between job seekers and employers across email, mobile and applications. The Senior Technical Product Manager, Notifications will partner with other Indeed product teams and cross-functional stakeholders to define, prioritize and deliver notification capabilities that empower intuitive and frictionless communication to job seekers and employers within compliance bounds. Qualifications: 7+ years of product management experience in a technical domain at a data-driven company 3+ years of experience working with SaaS, communications and/or messaging technologies 3+ years of experience using data analysis tools (e.g., A|B test software, Tableau) and/or scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Python) to inform product decisions Experience developing a vision for your team that is aligned with business goals and defining effective OKRs to measure progress toward that vision. Experience managing and coaching direct reports Ability to work effectively across technical, product, legal and business stakeholders.
