Salary Range Austin 91,000 - 127,000 USD per year Your Job Indeed is looking for a SMB Marketing Manager to develop the strategy of international lifecycle campaigns to upsell, retain, and reactivate SMB employers. This person would be responsible for creating the strategy, prioritizing the roadmap, managing the execution of those campaigns and reporting the results of our lifecycle campaigns across 12+ markets. Successful candidates are hyper-analytical with extensive experience analyzing and segmenting customer datasets. You are obsessed with understanding the customer and their journey through our product and understand the nuances between different international markets. You are highly collaborative, have experience working cross functionally with sales, customer service, product, marketing, analytic teams, and external agencies. You are passionate about testing and measuring the impact of your campaigns. You prioritize your work based on the most impactful activities and are innovative and resourceful to get your work done. Responsibilities: Create the strategy on how to improve B2B customer lifecycle campaigns in multiple markets Scope opportunities across the entire customer lifecycle to identify and prioritize the most impactful marketing tests into a roadmap Design and measure online and offline marketing tests, collaborating with stakeholders across Marketing, Product and Business Intelligence Scale, optimize and monitor ongoing lifecycle campaigns across 12+ markets Work with Client Services and Sales to ensure coordination of campaigns Analyze large amounts of qualitative and quantitative data and work with BI and data analysts to identify key opportunities and areas for optimizations Identify data that is needed for upcoming campaigns and partner with marketing analysts and product teams to map accurate data from source to marketing automation fields. Initiate imports of new product fields needed for campaigns. Provide documentation and support for new data imports into marketing automation tools. Track, report results and recommend next steps of all lifecycle marketing campaigns Recommend goals and budgets for each campaign and determine appropriate roadmap to meet those goals Track and communicate current lifecycle efforts by market to country stakeholders Who You Are 4+ years experience in marketing (some B2B is preferred), including experience in CRM email marketing. Using marketing automation tools (like Marketo) is a plus. People managament experience of at least 2 direct reports Experience prioritizing, managing and reporting on multiple email campaigns. Managing email campaigns in different languages is a plus. Experience designing, executing, and reporting marketing tests in a quantitative manner (such as running A/B tests). Proven ability to measure marketing campaign performance, determine ROI of those campaigns, and use these results to refine the overall strategy and roadmap. Strong quantitative skills to analyze data (Strong Excel skills required, SQL proficiency a plus) Excellent project management skills. Proven ability to work with others and manage projects within agreed upon timelines.
