Salary Range Austin 170,000 - 250,000 USD per year Your Job Indeed is looking for a Senior Director of Corporate Strategy to help evolve the strategy for Indeed’s business. You will be a collaborative leader with significant experience of delivering results in this area. You will work closely with many different leaders, departments, and strategy teams to define, document, and support execution of our strategy This role sits in the Strategy and Operations org as a division of the Finance department. Responsibilities include : Work with Indeed SLT and senior leadership as a thought partner to facilitate and contribute to setting strategic plans and product roadmaps Connect strategic plans with long term financial forecasts ensuring there is clear connection between strategy and underlying drivers of growth within models Commence strategy reviews with leaders and internal functional strategy teams across Indeed’s different GM organizations and departments Define and execute on process to prepare quarterly and annual strategy updates Prepare prioritization frameworks for reviewing strategic investments Work with Corporate Development to align on business objectives Establish OKR tracking to show pacing towards objectives Participate regularly in HR Tech conferences and events; share market insights with wider business to help inform strategy Lead and coach a team of strategy professionals ensuring there is focus on developing career paths to maximize their potential Who You Are Minimum 10+ years experience in a corporate strategy function is required of which 5+ years should have been at a leadership level (Director + or equivalent) Experience working on M&A within your prior/current corporate strategy role Excellent communication skills including proficiency in preparing executive level memos, presentations, and strategy plans Familiarity with financial modeling is required.
