That includes: Leading a team of site reliability and search engineers to deliver iterative and measurable platform improvements to the rest of Indeed. Driving the definition of long term objectives (2~5 years product vision), mid-term goals (OKRs), and day-to-day operations (agile processes). Prior experience developing a vision for your team that is aligned with business goals and defining effective goals for your product to measure progress toward that vision. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Electrical Engineering or a closely related field, or equivalent experience is ideal. Outstanding data analysis and data-driven decision making skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
