Salary Range US Remote 177,000 - 256,000 USD per year Your Job We are looking to hire a UX Lead Designer. As the Lead UX Designer with the Resume Search Team, you will be responsible for developing partnerships and relationships, defining end-to-end experiences and processes, and balancing design details with business impact and technical implementation considerations. The ideal candidate will be strong in both UX and visual design and have a portfolio of work demonstrating customer-centric, data informed solutions that are well executed. Understand and articulate the information architecture, workflows, and processes surrounding the user experience. Quickly and thoughtfully incorporate team feedback into designs. Collaborate with teams to break vision work down into an executable roadmap. Partner with other UX leaders in Enterprise and the broader Indeed design community to ensure the vision and product experiences fit into the broader Indeed vision. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Design, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Client Success, and Sales to help us achieve our business goals. Who You Are A portfolio that demonstrates strength in visual design, storytelling, and experience designing modern, usable interactions and UIs, highlighting your customer-centered approach to design with business and customer impact. 8+ years of product experience working creating great end-to-end, user-centered design solutions and patterns, across desktop and mobile devices for complex and large-scale products. Experience in a B2B environment is a plus. Customer-focused, with experience collaborating with UX research or using design research methods to turn customer insights into tangible solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills including the ability to communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization Proficiency designing and prototyping using Figma. A degree in design, psychology, human-computer interaction (HCI), a related field or equivalent experience is required.
