Position summary
ls (e.g., Function Calling, File Search).
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to iterate on agent logic.
- Monitor agent performance and implement safety, feedback, and guardrail mechanisms..
- Integrate agents with enterprise systems using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Event Grid. - Must Skill
- Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of AI solutions.
- Maintain documentation and contribute to best practices in agent development.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in software development, preferably in AI/ML projects.
- Strong proficiency in Python or C#.
- Hands-on experience with Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI, Azure Functions, Azure App Service / Container Apps / AKS - Must skill
- Familiarity with frameworks like Lang Chain, AutoGPT, ReAct, or Semantic Kernel.
- Knowledge of vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and prompt engineering.
- Understanding of agent-based modeling, multi-agent systems, or reinforcement learning.
