Automation Test Lead

• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

• Candidate can work remote. This position may require travel.
• At least 4 years of working experience in QA Testing
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
• Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Experience :

• RESTful Web Services, API Test Automation using Axios/Jest or similar tool using Javascript/ Typescript.

• Insurance domain experience a plus.

• Agile Scrum with Jira, GitHub, GitHub Actions - test planning, development, execution, defect management.

• Contribute to Agile ceremonies, helps identify gaps, defines and streamline process - ability to translate business requirements into test strategy and test cases, estimating Agile testing tasks

• UI automation using WebDriverIO or similar tool using JavaScript / Node JS / Typescript

**The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.

Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
In CA/WA/NY/CO: $67,000 to $93,800
in Washington, DC: $81,900 to $111,000
