AWS Architect

with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design.

You'll own solution architecture end-to-end, from discovery and design through build, deployment, and operations - bringing a strong mix of hands-on coding, Dev leadership, client management, and operational excellence (incident/problem management, observability, and performance).

Must Have:

Solution Architecture - AWS

• Architecture & Design : Define cloud architectures on AWS (multi-tier, serverless, event-driven, microservices) with security, scalability, and cost-efficiency in mind.

• Strong AWS expertise: EC2, ECS/EKS or Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS/DynamoDB, VPC, CloudWatch, IAM, CloudFront, SNS/SQS, KMS.

• Hands-on Development : Guide and contribute to fullstack builds - frontend (React/Angular), backend (Node.js/Java/Python), APIs (REST/GraphQL), IaC (CloudFormation/Terraform).

• Integration & Data: Design integrations with SaaS/enterprise systems; model data for RDS/ MySQL/PostgreSQL /DynamoDB , caching with Redis/ElastiCache, and streaming with Kinesis/MSK.

• Delivery Excellence: Establish CI/CD pipelines, quality gates, deployment strategies (blue/green, canary), and release governance.

• Security & Compliance: Enforce IAM least-privilege, secrets management, encryption, and guardrails (WAF, Security Hub, Config).

• Performance & Cost: Optimize latency, throughput, and TCO via right-sizing, autoscaling, and cost controls (Budgets/Cost Explorer).

• Reliability & Operations: Drive Incident & Problem Management, RCA and prevention; define SLIs/SLOs, logging/metrics/tracing, dashboards, and alerts.

• Team Leadership: Lead multiple dev squads; set coding standards, perform design/code reviews, and mentor engineers.

• Client & Stakeholder Management: Translate business needs to technical roadmaps; run workshops, provide clear estimates, risks, and trade-offs; manage expectations and status.

Nie to Have:

• 10-12 years of experience in enterprise application development, 5+ years designing on AWS .

• AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect - Professional, DevOps Engineer - Professional).

• Serverless-first patterns (Lambda, EventBridge, Step Functions) and event-driven architectures.

• Microservices with service meshes (App Mesh/Istio), EKS, and container security.

• Security & compliance : WAF, Shield, GuardDuty, Security Hub, Config, audit readiness.

• Data & analytics : Athena/Glue/Lake Formation, Redshift, QuickSight.

• Cost optimization expertise and FinOps practices.

• Experience with multi-region, DR/HA designs, and zero-downtime releases.

• Background in eCommerce/ERP/digital transformation programs and vendor management.

• Strong leadership and client-facing communication skills.
