BI Testing Engineer

Required

Key Responsibilities

• 3-5 years of professional hands-on experience in BI and data warehouse testing
• Validate BI dashboards and reports for data accuracy and visualization integrity
• Perform ETL testing to ensure data transformation and loading processes are correct
• Write and execute SQL queries to validate data across source and target systems
• Collaborate with data engineers and business analysts to understand reporting requirements
• Use JIRA and Confluence for defect tracking and documentation
• Ensure test coverage across BI platforms including Power BI, Tableau, and QlikView
• Generate test reports and insights for stakeholders

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of BI testing principles and data validation techniques
• Experience with ETL processes and data warehouse concepts
• Proficiency in SQL and BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, Databricks, Data Lake
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and Agile methodologies
• ISTQB certification preferred
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies
• ISTQB certification preferred

• Ability to work in cross-functional teams

• Proficient in English

• French language is considered a plus
