    Competency Profile
    Required Skills and Experience:

    • BOS Expertise: Minimum 4 years of experience in BOS implementation and Operational Excellence improvement
    • Continuous Improvement Leadership: Strong knowledge of BOS system and ability to implement practices such as DDD, MIP, VOC.
    • Cross-functional Leadership and Influence: Ability to guide teams without hierarchical authority, sustain BOS routines, and promote behaviors aligned with excellence.
    • Executive Communication: Skilled at synthesizing complex information into clear, value-oriented messages tailored to different audiences.
    • Change Management: Proven ability to facilitate adoption of new practices through coaching, training, and reinforcement.
    • Analytical Thinking and Results Orientation: Ability to interpret dashboards and KPIs, solve root causes, and measure impact on continuity, satisfaction, and performance.
