    Position summary

    In the role of Technology Lead, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty.     Required
    The responsibilities will include:

    • Install, configure, and maintain Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD), Citrix StoreFront, Citrix Delivery Controllers, and Citrix Director.
    • Manage Citrix Workspace Environment Management (WEM) and Citrix Profile Management.
    • Configure Machine Creation Services (MCS) or Provisioning Services (PVS) for desktop delivery.
    • Implement Citrix Gateway/NetScaler ADC for secure remote access.
    • Optimize HDX policies, load balancing, and session limits.
    • Monitor VDI performance, session reliability, and resource utilization.
    • Plan and execute capacity upgrades for peak banking workloads
    • Develop PowerShell scripts for automation of Citrix tasks (user provisioning, session cleanup).
    • Integrate Citrix with Active Directory, Group Policy, and SCCM for endpoint management.
    • Update team documentation
    • Provide 7x24 on-call support in a roster basis
    • Support Weekend tasks in a roster basis

    Qualifications

    To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

        • Proven experience in Citrix VDI administration in large-scale, regulated environments.
        • Strong knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, NetScaler ADC, and StoreFront.
        • Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows Server integration.
        • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation.
        • Exposure to Citrix Cloud, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), or hybrid deployments.
        • Knowledge of Citrix App Layering, FSLogix, and Profile Management.
        • Experience with Citrix SD-WAN for branch connectivity.
        • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
        • Strong communication skills to interact with diverse user groups from application developer, application support team, project managers, and other domains expertise, both written and verbal in English

    Preferred

        • Citrix Certified Associate - Virtualization (CCA-V)

        • Citrix Certified Professional - Virtualization (CCP-V)

        • Good understanding of ITIL practices and experience working in regulated environments (banking/finance preferred).

        • Perform incident resolution and root cause analysis for major incidents and outages.

        • Service Now experience and/or any other ticketing management application.

        • Experience with incident+ request management, change management including CAB representation

        • French is a plus.
