    Position summary

    for the development of the team

    • Support DTP review

    • UAT testing and suggestions

    • Supporting managing tickets as required

    Qualifications Basic

    • 2+ years of experience in the relevant field

    Preferred

    • Graduation
    • Certifications Requirements (Preferable): Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) or a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
    • Program or Project Management & Stakeholder Management
    • Ownership of Governance activities pertaining to contracts that include Managing due diligence of engagements
    • Handle escalations appropriately
    • Has managed critical operational processes, with SLA/KPI and metrics responsibility
    • Strong analytical, problem solving and customer orientation
    • Ability to work with international teams and take direction
