• Strong Oracle functional expertise and experience with industry services organizations.

• Required to have at least 2 or 3 full life cycle implementations and support experience in Oracle EBS R12.2.x HRMS suite (Oracle Time and Labor, Payroll, Core HR) modules.

• Strong experience and functional knowledge of Oracle EBS R12.2.x HRMS suite of modules (Oracle Time and Labor, Payroll, Core HR).

• Should have Functional and Technical knowledge of Oracle Time and Labor and integrations

• Should have Functional and Technical knowledge of Oracle Global Payroll and integrations

• Should have Functional and Technical knowledge of Oracle HR / Workday and integrations

• Should have Functional and Technical knowledge of Benefit interfaces

• Should have Functional and Technical knowledge of Oracle Absence and interfaces

• Knowledge on Payroll Interfaces - Oracle Global View / Celergo

• Knowledge on Smart Recruiters interfaces

• Knowledge on Oracle custom reports

• Experience in executing implementation strategy, capturing business, systems requirements, and analysis as well as prepare functional specification documents, solution designing, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing practical business solutions.

• Good Knowledge about Oracle EBS R12.2.x strategy on handling Data Conversion/Migrations, Inbound/Outbound interfaces and reports with 3rd party applications.

• Solid understanding of Oracle project methodology (OUM) and testing strategies such as Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and Process Playbacks (SIT and UAT etc.)
