Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
7+ years of IT experience .
Bilingual (Spanish & English) - strong verbal and written communication.
Mandatory Skills
At least 2 years of production support experience.
Production Support Lead for a BI project using Informatica / PL-SQL / AUTOSYS.
Maintain and own bug management and incident resolution process.
Resolve bugs within defined service levels.
Debug, troubleshoot, root cause analysis and resolve issues within SLA.
Monitoring processes using any Job Orchestration Tool like (CA Workload Automation, HCL Workload Automation or Control-M).
Communicate with stakeholders in case of delays or SLA breaches.
Use of IT Service Management tools for incident management, change management or request fulfillment tracking like HP Service Management, BMC Helix, ServiceNow.
Resolve complex bugs with long term fixes following BI best practices and collaborate with BI team for solution review of complex bugs and incident resolution.
Follow up with third party vendors for issue resolution and prevention.
