- Lead efforts to modernize the EUC environment, including adopting zero-trust principles and cloud-based solutions.
- Team Leadership and Support:
- Provide mentorship and guidance to EUC team members, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues related to Intune and EUC.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams, processes, and user guides.
