Your Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and execute Security trade shows, conferences, and key customer-facing events (including client's owned events), ensuring exceptional delivery
Oversee all event logistics, including venue sourcing, transportation, catering, AV, and staffing, booth design, sponsorships, executive speaking slots
Working closely with the internal teams on lead capture, and follow-up, as well as ensuring consistency of brand voice and messaging across all channels
Manage and oversee budget, ensure efficient spending, and report ROI.
Ensure seamless on-site delivery and problem-solving during events.
Conduct post-event evaluations, gather feedback, and implement improvements for future success.
Work closely with our Global teams including sales, product marketing, engineering, partner teams, and the field to ensure alignment in strategy and execution.
Manage external agencies or vendors as needed.
Knowledge and Experience of using software such as AirTable, Salesforce, IOPS.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in event management. 8+ years in B2B technology marketing roles, with proven success in launching products / solutions, demand generation, events and tradeshow management
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Strong experience leading or managing large trade shows and executive level events (including strategy, logistics, budgeting, speaking engagements, etc.).
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Analytical mindset: comfortable with data, KPIs, ROI, A/B testing, digital metrics.
Cross-functional collaboration: able to navigate matrixed organizations and work with stakeholders at all levels including leadership.
Strong project management skills: able to juggle multiple initiatives and deliver to tight deadlines.
Tech-savvy: familiarity with marketing automation tools, digital marketing channels, CRM systems, content management, and event technologies.
