    Position summary

    execution of high-profile events such as trade shows and advisory boards.
    Your Responsibilities:

    • Plan, manage, and execute Security trade shows, conferences, and key customer-facing events (including client's owned events), ensuring exceptional delivery

    • Oversee all event logistics, including venue sourcing, transportation, catering, AV, and staffing, booth design, sponsorships, executive speaking slots

    • Working closely with the internal teams on lead capture, and follow-up, as well as ensuring consistency of brand voice and messaging across all channels

    • Manage and oversee budget, ensure efficient spending, and report ROI.

    • Ensure seamless on-site delivery and problem-solving during events.

    • Conduct post-event evaluations, gather feedback, and implement improvements for future success.

    • Work closely with our Global teams including sales, product marketing, engineering, partner teams, and the field to ensure alignment in strategy and execution.

    • Manage external agencies or vendors as needed.

    • Knowledge and Experience of using software such as AirTable, Salesforce, IOPS.

    Required Qualifications & Skills

    • Proven experience in event management. 8+ years in B2B technology marketing roles, with proven success in launching products / solutions, demand generation, events and tradeshow management

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

    • Strong experience leading or managing large trade shows and executive level events (including strategy, logistics, budgeting, speaking engagements, etc.).

    • Excellent written & verbal communication skills

    • Analytical mindset: comfortable with data, KPIs, ROI, A/B testing, digital metrics.

    • Cross-functional collaboration: able to navigate matrixed organizations and work with stakeholders at all levels including leadership.

    • Strong project management skills: able to juggle multiple initiatives and deliver to tight deadlines.

    • Tech-savvy: familiarity with marketing automation tools, digital marketing channels, CRM systems, content management, and event technologies.
