    Position summary

    rpersonal and communication skills. Maintain a high level of communication with internal teams and customers to improve processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to details.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects.
    • Document all issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
    • Monitor network-related incidents and outages, keeping end-users informed of progress and resolution.
    • Contribute to knowledge base documentation for common network problems and solutions.
    • Ensure work is carried out within agreed service levels and project guidelines to meet organizational objectives.

    Qualifications:

    • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or related field preferred.
    • Certifications (nice to have): CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or ITIL Foundation.

    The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face.
    Pay: $40,000 ($19.23/hour)
