Financial Risk Business Analyst

Infosys is seeking a Techno-Functional Business Analyst with Financial Risk background. The role will need a strong background of financial risk management within the US. This position’s primary responsibility will be to help clients with strategy definition, value realization, implementation, and operations. The role holder will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Tampa, FL/ NY/NJ/ Irving, TX. or be willing to relocate to the area.

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
•    Extensive experience with Risk and compliance applications 
•    Strong domain knowledge in financial risk management covering market risk, credit risk, operational risk and liquidity risk
•    Proven SAFe Agile PO experience conversant with agile project management tools like Rally, Jira etc. 
•    Hands on with JIRA, Confluence, Visio and MS Office tools 

Preferred Qualifications
• At least 4 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
• At least 3 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process
• At least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis Skills – Requirements analysis, Elicitation, Agile Methodologies
•    Experience with developing, adapting and communicating the vision for the product
•    Experience with working as  bridge between the delivery team, and the business stakeholders
•    Understand the needs of the customer, the user and the company with respect to the product
•    Gather feature requests from other business stakeholders and manage and prioritize them into a single backlog for the product
•    Define and refine user stories with clear acceptance criteria
•    Experience with actively participating in the sprint planning, backlog refinement and sprint review meetings
•    Experience with creating and communicating the vision, value and priorities of the product and collaborate closely and constantly with the development team on delivery of product features
•    Adept at preparing and prioritizing user stories for sprint planning and backlog refinement meetings
•    Extensive experience of attending sprint planning, sprint review, backlog refinement meetings. 
•    Experience in  use the standard market tools for backlog management
•    Have hands-on experience on Relational (SQL Server, Oracle) databases and should be able to understand the Physical data model and independently form SQLs to fetch required data from databases and for further Data analysis.
•    Excellent communication skills to be able to independently interact and manage expectations of various client stakeholders.
•    Excellent documentation skills in articulating requirements and proposed roadmaps.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.About Us
