    Position summary

    ve the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

    Responsibilities

    Work in development and support project with a strong niche skill of Guidewire (ClaimCenter and Guidewire InsuranceSuite) knowledge. Onshore roles require client co-ordination and deep functional or insurance (P&C) industry expertise

    Required

    • Extensive experience in Guidewire across ClaimCenter / PolicyCenter / BillingCenter and APD
    • Responsible & Accountable for delivering Functional & business requirements working with clients
    • Lead team of Business Analysts (both Onsite & Offshore) and own the delivery for BA team
    • Understand Customer functional landscape and create business requirement documents, BRD
    • Own the creation of user Stories, Sprint goals and track it in Agile tool (like JIRA)
    • Clarify the business requirements to Project delivery Teams (Development and QA Testing) and ensure the business requirements are translated into functional requirements
    • Work with Customer Business teams and create UAT test cases
    • Work with Testers (Testing Team, UAT Team) to clear requirement related queries and expedite the defect closure
    • Involve in validation of functional requirements and show demo of application to Customer and Project stakeholders during Sprint closure

    Preferred
    Proficient in Swedish language, English
