• Knowledge of Office 365 Portal and services.

• PowerShell & MS-SQL automation based on application requirements.

• Troubleshooting incident based on Active Directory, Azure AD Connect and Azure AD.

• Seamless Integration and synchronizing identities of different data-sources application to Azure AD.

• Ensure high levels of performance, availability, sustainability and security and Performance Tuning and Optimization (PTO).

• Windows Server and MSSQL Knowledge to troubleshoot Infra level issues etc.

• Independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end.

• Ensuring the operational health of the O365 Suite Applications including security, availability, performance, interoperability, and reliability.

• Administer and support Office 365 and MS Exchange user provision related issue.

Required

• Experience of PowerShell, Visual Basic and SQL

• Expertise in Azure Sync Service, AAD Connect, AD, Azure AD and MS-SQL for end-to-end Synchronization of users and troubleshooting.

• Windows and MS-SQL Infrastructure knowledge for setting up the Application and its DB also for troubleshooting of incidents.

• Knowledge of GIT Repository and Visual Studio Application for developing Application based on client requirement.

Preferred

• Certifications like AZ-104, SC-900.

• PowerShell and AD Expertise.
