Informatica Developer with SQL and QNXT

• Interact directly with clients, managers and end users as necessary to analyze project objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces, customized applications.
• Mentor 2 to 4 team members on a need basis and technically drive them towards results

Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Tempe, AZ or Hartford, CT or be willing to relocate to one of these areas. This position may require travel
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience
• Informatica on Cloud (IICS), SQL database experience is required.
• Able to work as a member of development & support teams with hands-on programming, design and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in global delivery model and coordination with offshore teams involved in project.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience on application design, file structures, coding practices, quality assurance and documentation
• Experience in SQL query tuning.
• Experience of Healthcare EDI is a plus
• Healthcare experience is a plus
• Planning and Co-ordination skills
• Good Communication and Analytical skills.
• Very Good understanding of Healthcare Payer Domain with Knowledge of Claims, Membership, Billing, Provider, Capitation and UM modules in QNXT.
• Very good understanding of QNXT Data Model.
