Areas of Responsibilities:
- Design compensation models, allowances, salary ranges, incentive programs, policy formulation, benefits.
- Linking compensation with organizational performance, management of large-impact reward programs, financial impact analysis and scenario-building, digitization for improved program implementation, benchmarking reward and benefits programs with market intelligence.
- Engage with internal stakeholders and user groups to solicit actionable feedback on programs and recommend design improvements.
- Independently resolve escalated compensation and benefits issues and recommend optimal solutions for issues with high complexity.
- Develop and report metrics related to effectiveness of managed compensation and benefits programs / processes.
Skills:
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
