    Position summary

    way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

    Required Skills:
    • Test Manager with extensive hands-on experience in handling SAP S/4 HANA projects or rollouts
    • Test planning and strategy development
    • Expert in usage of MF ALM tool with knowledge of setting up the Test dashboards for management reporting
    • Resource management
    • Test execution or reporting
    • Defect Management
    • Stakeholder communication and management
    • Risk management
    • Quality assurance or control
    • Process improvements for subsequent rollouts through documenting the Lesson learned

    Preferred Skills:
    1.Experience in working with multi -vendor and Global delivery model projects
    2.Strong experience in managing the customers like Finnish or any other EU nations
    3.Soft skills to get the work done from multiple teams, which are not in your direct control
    4.Special focus on preventing the potential escalations, risks and be ready with appropriate mitigation plans
