Infosys is seeking Lead Infoblox Administrator. In this role, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will build detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Required Qualifications:
• Candidate can work from anywhere within the U.S. This position may require travelling
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 7 years of Information Technology experience
• At least 6 years of experience in (L2/L3) Infoblox SME having knowledge on DNS & AD integration
• Experience in DNS, DHCP, IP Management)
• Must be detail oriented, committed to deadlines and have proven verbal and written communication skills.
• U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor currently.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge on DNS consumption/VDI environment in Azure.
• Experience in Active Directory services
• Need to have Network Skills for L2/L3 operations (worked on CISCO, HP Routers & Switches/Palo Alto/ASA Firewalls, F5 LB)
• Administrative tasks including troubleshooting, performance planning, capacity planning and continuity planning.
• Should have an experience of clear understanding of how to work on transformation projects from MS to Infoblox to be able create a roadmap
• Understanding of ITIL service management
• Work with vendors to ensure maintenance coverage for all relevant IT infrastructure.
• Strong documentation & reporting skills
• Should be able to enable the team members on Infoblox Technology.
• Experience of ITIL process, Change management, Incident management and Problem Management.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple collaborator environment
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
• Project & work Queue management with team members & tracking to closure.
• Weekly & Monthly reports to client & Infosys.
• Participate in New Proposals & help in solution building.
• Anchor in Staffing requirements & closing positions including onboarding, offboarding.
• Handling Transition activities of team and any new projects undertaken.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face.
