Lead SAP BW HANA Consultant

Infosys is seeking a Lead SAP BW HANA Consultant

As a Lead Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment.  You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables.  As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building.  You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Basic Qualifications for Lead SAP BW HANA Consultant.

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education

• At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.

• The Location for this Position is Jacksonville, FL. This position may require travel to client locations.

Preferred Qualifications for Lead SAP BW HANA Consultant.

• At least 7 years of experience in SAP BW HANA projects, including 3+ years experience in full-life cycle implementation projects in SAP BW HANA and S4 HANA.

• Expert knowledge on BW HANA, modelling concepts and reporting.

• Develop application road maps/implementation approach & project plans for BW on SAP HANA

• Prior experience with S4 implementation will be beneficial. Functional knowledge on Order to Cash and Point of Sales.

• Provide best practice in area of BW/HANA implementation on architectural and conceptual level

• Create architecture and technical design documents to communicate solutions that will be implemented by the development team

• Develop proofs-of-concept and prototypes to help illustrate approaches to technology and business problems.

• Present solutions and options to leadership, project teams, and other stakeholders.

• Writing of functional/technical specifications for custom solutions and interfaces

• Working with the business users to define scope and gather business requirements

• Testing and rollout of the final product

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and work on multiple projects simultaneously

• Be skilled in working with cross-functional teams

• Analytical and Communication skills

• Planning and Co-ordination skills

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
