marketing needs of the Foundation and work to expand the education/ technology community of partners. This candidate will also support engagement strategies for the Foundation with Infosys volunteers and the community. Ideally, this professional has experience within the educational system, with a particular focus on computer science.
Responsibilities may include a mix of the following:
Branding. Responsible for the overall image and brand of Infosys Foundation USA, including appropriate use of Foundation logo, images, key messages, visual identity, consistent application of style and design. Ensure all Foundation partners and grantees use our logos and name properly; and speak about us properly.
Communications Strategies. Set clear goals for measurable communications outcomes and strategies to achieve impact (i.e. number of new accounts created on the Infosys Springboard USA digital learning platform; the number of educators and students reached through Foundation programs; the number of Infosys volunteers engaged in various events etc.) Define communications and outreach strategies, key audience, messaging, channels etc. Produce materials (i.e. focus on precise language and creative design) that convey complex issues in simple words, and easily digestible formats for different audience. Be familiar with Foundation's various stakeholders and target audiences and be able to tailor messages and materials to reach them accordingly.
Social media, email, digital marketing. Manage Foundation's social media presence. This includes consistent forward-thinking, design and placement and a cadence that helps the Foundation engage with various audiences and stakeholders. . Maintain the social media calendar; liaise with Foundation partners/ grantees and liaise with Infosys Marketing / PR to ensure all messages approved and amplified. A key focus is precision of photo selection, messaging and drafting of corporate-level LinkedIn presence both for Executive Director, Trustees and the overall Foundation program.
Public Relations. Work with Infosys PR and corporate marketing team internally as well as all grantees and partners. Prepare press releases and any media inquiries.
Production of all materials and assets. Managehigh quality marketing/communications materials from start to finish: Foundation's quarterly newsletters for internal and externalaudience; content for Infosys annual report and ESG report; quarterly results/impact PowerPoint presentations for Executive Director; promotional flyers, pitch decks (i.e. About the Foundation); videos (i.e. annual impact video, annual Pathfinders Summer Institute video); marketing emails and other visually appealing assets. Responsibility also includes overall maintenance of the Infosys Foundation USA website and the Foundation's presence across the Infosys corporate platforms.
Events Management. Manage Foundation's participation in various internal, client-sponsored and partner-led events. Prepare promotional materials for exhibition booths, working with cross-functional teams and vendors.
Relationship Management. Maintain current and deep understanding of Foundation's stakeholders, partners, and audiences. Proactively manage relationships with existing partners. Cultivate new relationships on-going with potential partners.
