Network Datacenter Support Engineer

• Good customer handling skills and prior experience in Network and Datacenter Support.
• Install, troubleshoot and repair network issues (both hardware/software),
• Basic troubleshooting of network devices/ Wi-Fi /router/switches,

Preferred Qualifications:
• Basic knowledge of Networking.
• Must have right attitude and customer centric approach.
• Document all support activity within the IT Incident and request fulfillment tool (Preferred SNOW).
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
• Good Communication and Analytical skills.

Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
In Malta, NY: $61,787 to $66,166
In Burlington, VT: $61,248 to $67,985
