    Must-Have Qualifications & Skills

    • Graduate in any discipline
    • 2+ year of experience in Flight/Airlines/HR Operations
    • Proficiency in HR systems such as SuccessFactors, SAP, Workday
    • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Fluent in English (Read, Write, Speak)
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

    Preferred Experience

    • Prior experience in Crew Scheduling or Airlines industry transaction processing
    • Alternatively, experience in HR Operations such as Employee Data Management
