Infosys is seeking Oracle CC&B Integration Architect with utility domain background - In this role you will be playing a leadership role and an expert who understands industry-specific needs in order to provide business-driven consulting to prospects as well as existing customers. Implementing CIS solutions for Electric or Gas Utilities specific to Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) solutions in North American Utilities markets, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development, and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the Utilities global landscape.
• Work Location is Okland,CA,Columbus,OH,Pittsburgh,PA. Candidate can work from anywhere within the US and or remote during EST /PST hours. This position may require location and or travel to project locations.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 11 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Experience in implementing CC&B CIS solutions for Utilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
• At least 15 years years of industry experience, with at least 5 years in implementing CIS solutions for Utilities (Gas/Power/Water/Sewer) with hands on Functional and deployment experience in Oracle CC&B.
• Should have played Oracle CC&B Enterprise Architect/ Process Lead Role in past and well versed with Oracle OUM based Game plan for implementing Large Transformation programs
• Utility industry knowledge, especially for North American US utility is a must
• Knowledge of legacy CIS systems with knowledge of business context of CIS transformation levers for an utility
• Ability to drive independent discussion and workshops with client in large complex transformation programs
• Strong leadership and delivery management background
• Familiarity with process integration of CC&B with other utility enterprise and operational systems such as core WAM, EBS, MDM, NMS, ITRON, L&G etc.
• Should be conversant with the Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF)
• Exposure to US (Regulated and De-Regulated) Markets
• Client relationship management - Managing relationships with client personnel
• Business Development for Oracle based solutions like Oracle CC&B/C2M- Driving revenues
• Participate in Planning and Governance
• Pre-sales proposal support for business development
• Should be able to lead the design, build, test and deploy solution in Oracle CC&B/C2M with proficiency in RICEFW (Reports, Interface, Conversions, Extensions, Forms and Workflows)
• Should be able to map the customer requirements into the product and suggest workarounds/solutions for the requirements
• Should be able to develop functional design documents from the Functional specification documents and configure the CC&B package to meet requirements for projects in this area.
• Should have proficient understanding of the CIS systems and meter to cash functionality to effectively design the CC&B functionalities.
• Should be able to guide, mentor and review the end to end solution and perform issue resolutions during support /Post-Go Live phase.
• Should be able to assist the Testing team with the functional areas to be tested.
• Ready to travel to client locations as needed
• Good interpersonal communications and analytical ability.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
The job entails an extensive amount of travel. The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
