Hands-on experience with development, testing and deployment of PLSQL/BIP/OIC/SCM configuration fixes. SCM configuration will cover mainly OM, Mfg, Inventory, Planning and Procurement.
Experience with navigating towards issue resolution Integrations/system interfaces (predominantly on a PaaS Cloud)
Experience in playing customer-facing role
Ability to handle postproduction support issues in R12 and Fusion [SCM and Finance].
Ability to work under pressure and deliver outcomes consistent with customer expectations.
Ability to face-to-face communicate with customer to give them the confidence of Infosys ability to bring the situation under control and then actually driving the solution to under control.
Ability to work with Oracle in resolving the open items and driving resolution of critical solution gaps

Good knowledge on software configuration management systems.
Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends.
Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate.
Understanding of the financial processes for various types of projects and the various pricing models available.
Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions.
Industry domain knowledge in SCM track.
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
The job may entail travel to client sites. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
