• Performance tuning of SQL and application programs.
• Knowledge of Java will be an advantage. Working knowledge of middleware (for Integrations) will be beneficial.
• Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prepare technical specifications, solution design, develop / customize technical components, test planning and execution, system integration testing, support UAT, cut-over and go-live.
• Build custom solutions (RICEWF) including but not limited to Forms, Reports, Interfaces, conversions, extensions, customizations, personalizations, workflows, OAF, MSCA, APEX.
• Handle root cause analysis of issues and resolutions.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with customer, business SME and other vendors.

The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
