- Strong understanding of US Payroll processing, integrations with Core HR, Absence, Compensation.
- Strong hands on experience in Fusion HCM Extracts, OTBI Reports, BI Publisher, Fast Formula, DFF - Flex Fields configurations, Security Console, ESS Scheduler, Sandbox, Monthly patch application, testing etc.
- Identifying and addressing client needs, building solid relationships with clients communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules
- Candidate should be proficient in all the Core HR, Payroll and Compensation processes
- Ability to lead the discussions with the customer teams for integrations, data migrations and reports related to Payroll
- Knowledgeable on HCM technical tools including HCM Data loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulae, Payroll batch loader.
- Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
