    Position summary

    ocate to the area or travel per the project needs.

    • Minimum two years of experience in Cloud Payroll implementation or support

    • Expertise on Payroll Integrations, HCM Extracts, BI reporting, and Payroll data conversions for US.

    • Should have good understanding on Oracle Payroll cloud tables.

    • Responsible for developing new payroll interfaces with third party systems, HCM Extracts, BI reports, and Fast Formulas.

    • Able to troubleshoot Payroll technical issues and provide resolution.

    • Should be able to interact and work with Payroll business on technical requirements, prepare Technical Design Documentation

    • Candidate should be proficient in all the Payroll and Time & Labor processes in USA

    • 4 years of experience in managing Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation or support projects

    • Responsible for working with payroll business, client IT, 3 rd party vendors, Co-ordinate with Onshore & offshore teams, track overall work progress, status update to stake holders.

    • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required; we are not able to sponsor at this time

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Ability to lead the discussions with the customer teams for integrations, data migrations and reports related to Payroll, Absence and Benefits

    • Knowledgeable on HCM technical tools including HCM Data loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulae, Payroll batch loader.

    • Work with multiple teams, hold the fort and responsible for project delivery

    • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

    • Experience in managing Project in Agile

    • Experience is other HCM Cloud Modules like Core HR, Compensation, Absence,

    For candidates based out of CA, WA, and NY states, estimated annual compensation will be $73,000 to $102,200.
