Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor and Core HR Functional Consultant

• 2+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud -Time & Labor and Core HR.
• 2+ years of experience in working on at least two additional Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Talent Management, Benefits, Absence, Compensation and Learning Management
• Hands on experience in working on Oracle Time and Labor for US
• Knowledge of Agile practices and ability to implement the project in Agile mode.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
• Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
• Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience with Implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules

• Candidate should be proficient in all the Oracle Time and Labor and Core HR processes.

• Ability to lead the discussions with the customer teams for integrations, data migrations and reports related to Recruiting & Onboarding and Time & Labor

• Knowledgeable on HCM technical tools including HCM Data loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulae, Payroll batch loader.

• Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams

• Experience managing team size of 5+ would be a plus

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The job may entail moderate travel. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.

Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
In CA / WA / NY / CO: $73,000 to $102,200
In Washington, DC: $66,500 to $100,300
