- Role will require testing and deployment of custom solutions for Workforce Management modules
- Role will participate in functional testing and co-ordinate with cross functional stakeholders for timely delivery of the solutions developed
- Must have good Onsite-Offshore communication and work management
- Role will lead Super User training and supporting other training related activities
- Role will coordinate with other tracks for delivery of end-to-end business processes
- Must have experience supporting Data Conversions for WFM data elements

Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
In CA / WA / NY / CO: $94,000 to $131,600.
In Washington, DC: $85,700 to $124,600
