Preferred Skills:

• Experience in reviewing approved requirements and technical design documents and developing the performance test strategy and plan

• Experience in collaborating with other teams including Development, Architects, Business and Production Support during all stages of PTLC

• Knowledge of performance testing methodology and tools with an understanding of a wide variety of technologies and architectures

• In-depth knowledge working with JMeter and BlazeMeter with experience in HTTP, Java, Bean Shell, SOAP Samplers

• Solid Knowledge to design performance testing and monitoring framework for non-functional testing (load, volume, stress, capacity and scalability)

• Experience in identifying and providing tuning recommendations for various infrastructure components such as Application Servers, Database Servers (SQL, MongoDB) , Middleware (MQ, Kafka) and Web Servers along with long-term architectural improvements

• Experience in implementation of application and log monitoring solutions and should have In-Depth understanding of Monitoring, Profiling and use of tools such as Dynatrace, ELK etc.

• Experience in conducting application performance reviews with application teams to identify performance and application errors

• Experience in identifying bottlenecks and tuning points, collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure regarding performance engineering, design, and testing

• Working knowledge in various methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, Scrum

• Experience in managing projects and prioritizing workload whilst meeting project milestones and deliverable dates

• Knowledge of micro service architecture, Cloud (GCP/AWS/Azure) or Hybrid infrastructure

• Working experience in Investment Management or Capital Market domain is good to have

• Good Presentation and communication skills.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
