Performance Test Lead

Infosys is seeking Performance Test Lead ,

As a QA Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios. Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience
• U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time.
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Plano, TX or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US and Canada
• 4 years of experience in Performance Testing & Engineering activities
• Experience with Testing strategies and Test Execution
• Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
• Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:

•  At least 4 years of experience in test strategy and test Design
•  At least 4 years of experience in test execution analysis & reporting.
•  At least 4 years of experience in Performance Testing & Engineering activities
•  Strong SAP/S4HANA experience 
•  Expertise in developing Workload Patterns, Develop Performance Strategy and implement them. Effort Estimations, Team and Stakeholder Management
•  Knowledge of Performance trouble shooting (heap dump & thread dump analysis) is preferred.
•  Tools Knowledge: JMeter, Load Runner, PC/ALM, monitoring tools (Dynatrace/ AppDynamics/ Splunk) & MS Office
•  Ability to lead performance optimization efforts with a strong command of complex performance issues and the ability to direct component owners (network, database, appdev, server OS/WAS, storage, etc.) is a plus
•  Nice to have Automation testing experience using Selenium
•  Should have strong co-ordination, communication & reporting, analytical skills
•  Should have Strong leadership skills
•  Should have experience in Agile and Devops methodology, micro services, AngularJS etc. 
•  Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholders, global delivery environment

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
